They look good. Is it good or bad it takes longer? I'm thinking that the longer it takes, the more saturated the medium is getting, right? Or do they just flow that much slower?
I don't think it's negative. They drip where my DYI halos were more of a flow. It's definitely more consistent. The only issue I can see is they may be easier to clog than the DIY halos.

Ah, yes. That's why I'm opting out of the drippers and/or halos. I'm hoping the floraflex caps do a good job distributing the feed to saturate the coco with open 1/4" line just clipped to them. Virtually impossible to clog. At least in my head, that's the case. What feed are you running again? Powder or liquid?

I am having a problem using a manifold and open tubing with flora caps to distribute water. When the pump comes on, I only get flow from some tubes until I pick up the manifold and tap it on the ground, then I hear a gurgle and water comes evenly out of all 8 manifold ports. Any idea how I prevent this? It's not very automated if I have to be there every watering! My pump is plenty powerful, there's some hydraulic wrinkle I'm not getting.

I have no idea. My stuff is still sitting in bags. I'm waiting on this dumb blueberry cupcake to get out of the tent so I can clean it up and setup the pump system. I will be documenting it as I go.

A little foggy this morning after the bit of rain yesterday, it isn't that bad because I can see the house at the end of the street. I have seen it so bad I couldn't see across the road. North wind is supposed to kick up so it shouldn't be hanging around long. Low 50's now headed to mid 70's "".
Mornin.
