I was trying to make a calcium solution and read that one for toast their eggshells before adding vinegar. First, any truth to that? Sterilization, yeah, but I can sterilize by boiling. Anyway I was toasting them in an aluminum bag, or then on the grill, got stoned, got distracted, and 20 minutes later my grill is doing it's best impression of my forge. I grabbed my aluminum foil bag let or cool and the eggshells look like charcoal. Can I still use them safely? Will it hurt my girls because the shells burned?
