Can’t rid white powdery mildew.

Hey guys I’ve done everything I can think of to rid my tent of WPM but every time I place a plant in there it contracts the disease. I’ve cleaned the tent with bleach, peroxide, disinfectants, you name it. I’ve even steamed it with a steam cleaner. And some how spores are still there. Every time I put a plant in that tent the. A few weeks later spots appear.

should I just get a new tent?

You're going to need to get serious about prevention from now on...forever. Cycle different bio-fungicides(southern ag), neem/silica spray, potassium bicarb sprays weekly, treat them early and often. Regalia is great to add in to that rotation if you have money to burn, if not, give them aspirin water a couple of times, and think about chitosan to induce systemic resistance. If you stay on top of things, PM won't return with a vengeance, it'll be manageable. Good luck! Also, UV bulbs are supposed to help, I'm currently looking into their use for PM. Just bought a couple of agromax pure UV.

EVERYTHING must be sterilized, not just the tent..everything.

Man. I would have just bought a new one before i did all that work. Taking the tent down allows you to clean everything including the room the tent is in.

What is your RH? What are you doing for air circulation?

.

You seem to have tried everything but a surfer vape and an AIRross system.

I'm battling PM for the second grow using only the AIRross, but its expensive.

Like Joe says above, air flow in the canopy is important. I have 4 x 30 watt fans in the canopy and 2 above.

my RH is around 30% and i have an exhaust fan exhausting out the window as well as tower fans in the tent.

I’m moving in a month or so so i figure I’ll just buy new tents and new vents for my new place and scrap the old ones. The tents only run me about $80 a piece so it’s not too bad.

This is your savior right here...Regalia. There's a few threads discussing it here and lots of info on line. It saved me from the same boat you are in.

Were all the plants gone? Didn't get rid of mine till I started over with new ducts, new tent and used an ozone generator with everything else in the room. Been 4 months and no sign plenty of fresh air

With that % you should be ok, but something must still be "dirty". :P
I have to agree with above comments...fans especially...rip them apart and fully sanitize them...lights can also hold spores...clean them off fully too.
Anything going in or out of tent gets sanitized...everything.

Prokure fast release is what I'm gonna use between runs from now on.
