thanks man ... as far as what kind doesnt matter just look at the back and find the kalvins doesnt matter what kind of bulb it is i use the spiral ones ive bought from both walgreens and home depot doesnt make a difference if im not understand your question try rephrasing it

equivalents dont mean shit dont go by that number i thought that too a long time ago. but if i was going by that raiting im pushing around 800w a plant. no! you go by watts if it says 24watts is 100 watts equivalent its not 100 watts you calculate that as 24
