Hi, i got a clone from a friend that was about burnt up. I put it on vegitation lights for 3 weeks and it finally came back to life, but i notieced it has pistils already starting to come out. Can i grow her bigger or should i put her in the flowering room? She's only about 6 in tall so i'd like to grow her bigger.

i once took a clone of blueberry in the 8th week of flowering and rooted it, it took about 2 months of direct light to reveg.

what i'm saying is, i did reveg it already, its growing now, but it is already showing some flower pistils. Are these just pre flowers? they come from a very mature plant. Can i keep veging or should i put her in the flowering room??

i would say you can keep it vegging, i turnd my reverts in to mother plants because my real moms died because of someone stupidity. But i also left light on for 24/0 so it was impossible to flower. All i can say is go for it, what do you have to lose? Learn by your mistakes

It's fine to veg her out again. I took this cuttting off a plant in flower and got some ridiculous branching!

The first 2 pix are the day of the cutting, and the next 2 pix are at day 34, and the last 2 are day 92 and here in about 2 more weeks she's getting the CHOP!

So yea, I would say grow her bigger before you flower! You'll be happy come harvest time if you do! It's definitely worth it!

ok, but why would it be showing new pistils already? will the buds keep growing while its still in the veg room?

Nice bushy ass plant btw HookdOnChronics!

be patient, the will eventually revert back to veg stage. some strains will take longer than others. like i said mine took almost 2 months to revert back and actually start growing again.

max, i've already said, they ARE vegging, they are growing bigger and bushier but just today some hairs poped up, when i first got the clones they were already in flowering stage, it took me 3 weeks to revert to vegitation all the pistils dried up and new leaves grew, but now today, there are two new pistils growing in two diferent spots, i'm wondering why its doing that, mabve its just a sign that the plant is mature enough to flower.

that's a sign that they are female, doesnt' mean that they are beginning to flower again. There are " pistols" all over my mother plants. Unless its an auto-flower strain?

That's EXACTLY what it is. And especially with clones, they show the stigmas a WHOLE lot quicker than a plant from seed would. Your fine man, as long as you keep the lights on for more than 15 hours a day they should continue to veg...

Hey man this is in response to your message that you sent me. I tried to just post it on your profile but it was to long! So I don't know where else to post but here, hope this helps.

Yea man I LST ALL of my plants! That is the ONLY way I grow! And it's really quite simple, let me explain:

Ok so first thing you want to do is make a counter tie. This is a string (or whatever you wanna use, I use twine) tied 1-2 inches above the soil around the main stem. No whichever way you are wanting to bend the main top, you want the counter tie going to opposite direction. Here's a few picture to show you what I'm talking about:
Clone right before transplanting and first training:

SAME plant imidately after a transplant and first training (notice you can see the counter tie towards the bast of the plant, and the other tie is towards the top pulling the MAIN growth tip down)

What you are trying to do is tie the plant so that the MAIN growth tip is lower than the rest of the branches growing, this sort of trick's the plant into thinking those brnaches are more important thus putting more energy into growing them in turn giving you multiple colas at the same height [ideally]

And this is that same plant after having a day to recover in the light.

LST really is a phenominal technique and is also quite easy. Done correctly you can greatly increase your yield!
As for trimming, or pruning, I usually cut the bottom 1/3 of the plants NODES off right when I put them in flower. Cut the NODES off, NOT ANY of the leaves! The more leaves your plant has the better because it can take in more light. BUT you do want to cut the lower nodes [places where buds are gonna form] off so that you are not getting any little baby ass nugs that won't even load 1 bowl. That energy is then used on fattening up the BIG buds on the plant. Your lighting and setup have whole lot to do with how or if you should prune also.

I hope this has helped and if you have any more questions go ahead and ask. I've got a couple journals roaming around here somewhere with ALL my LST plants if you feel like watching them grow.

Oh and here's a couple pix of that same plant in flower, the pix a few weeks old, but I'm chopping her down on sat.
