Nope, just stuck to the ratios jacks say not to stray from?https://www.jacksnutrients.com/growschedules-old
I dont believe them, start playing.By some GH calmag 1-0-0 not the organic one.See what it does, if improved then you know, if it gets worse then you need to lower your soup.Kinda what ive done. im currently at 8 grams of epsom for 12 gallons tap water.Ca comes from my part 1 and my tap.I use just local dry powder, no name shit.

I've read that thread you posted a bunch of times but i still don't get how a 33% strength top up solution will bring an ec back up to the starting level no matter if you add 2 gallons or 10 to the res. But I'm going to give it a shot and see if it works.
I didn't get it at first either.
I figured it out after reading close-
How I (and most i feel like) feed, is by trying to get a stabil EC. That way we know the plants aren't getting too much, or too little.
In that scenario, if we topped up with a 33% solution, the EC would drop.

What the that guy is doing, is rasing the EC to the point where it slowly floats up because the plants are drinking more than they are eating. To me, I would lower the EC with straight water to stabilize the ec. This other guy, is topping up with 33% solution, and bringing it back down to the point where it will slowly float up again. In his method, he is looking for the EC to naturally rise.
I dont agree with that myself.... I dunno

Its find what works for your system/room.Everyone has different stuff, you gotta change things and make notes. After 10 or so runs you get a feel for it.

So i did a res change 2 days ago. It was at 1.4ec at 5.8 ph. Today the res had dropped by 3 gallons. The ph was 5.5 at 1.3 ec. So i added 3 gallons of .8ec and ph it to 5.8. Now the res/system is full and the ec is 1.3 and ph is 5.9, so do i need to raise my ec level next res change?
I don’t like pH dropping. So I would drop EC that should make your ph rise. I know ea system is different but ph rising means good things lol.
