Crazy problem, URGENT HELP, most leaves gone orangy/brown in less than two days

Attached are photos of my autoflowering White Diesel Haze which is a week or maybe 2 from harves.
This discoloration of leaves has occurred in less than 48hrs and is worsening by the hour.
through my research I am thinking it is a kind of rust fungus or a phosphorus deficiency or is this the repercussions of root rot/infection? Attached is a photo of the roots as I took the plant out of the pot and put it into a larger pot (without additional soil) to air the soil. I'm using coco with perlite and the PH is 6.2.
I also flushed yesterday and today changed my mind and watered with flowering ferts thinking that phosphorus may be needed :/
Any suggestions? Do you think I should harvest tonight/tomorrow or wait a few more days till the plant is ready? About 40% of pistils are brown and I do like more of a sativa high anyways...

You're doing a lot of unnecessary things.

You didn't need to flush, keep your plant in the container you don't need to air out roots that is what the perlite is there for, coco ph should be max 5.8 for optimal uptake, and you should be more patient. Your plant will survive but use the trichomes to detect when you should harvest not the pistils.

some standard white plastic plant pots, about 40cm tall, 30wide

Im guessing its potassium or phosphorus deficiency then... or overwatering..
Its cleared up now anyway but most of the leaves are burnt, brown and crumbly beyond fixing.

Way over fed and from the looks of your roots, way over watered. Live and learn, you'll do better on the next round. Been there.
