Check under distribution. In the states whose laws I am familiar with, they all have weight categories.

In Canada, with the new laws that are in implementation state, six plants can mean six months.

I have 24, plus four mothers and 25 clones. I don't even smoke, nor do I sell. I do it for the hobby.

Perhaps I'll get 10 years of free food and housing for it.

If you have a felony limit, you make a conscious choice; breach it or don't.

If you do, I'd go big. There's not much to lose once you already decide to cross that line.

The law reads pretty straight forward. I was just wondering 4 plants is misdemeanor, 8 oz is misdemeanor. What if you got 4 plants with 2 lbs on them. is it a 4 plant misdemeanor or 2 lb felony possession?

I just looked at the grow in your sig. Ill look into those lights. You say rolling hills. How far you from Cumberland Falls? Its a beautiful place.
That shouldn't be revealed on a public forum but I'm from here and there, lived in Lexington for a while but now elsewhere. If you couldn't tell from my forum sig I'm a big fan of Pro-Grow LEDS. I've used their lights now for going on 3 years and have never had an issue. I suspect I'll be able to grow with these long after the 3 year warranty period. I haven't noticed any diminished quality thus far. If you're going to buy some contact Ben first and haggle a discount, he'll give you one if you buy more than one light. I currently have two ufo (90w), three PG 180s, and one PG 550 (I don't think they sell those anymore). It's a total of about 1000w of total output and consistently gives 2 oz autos in 60-80 days from seed, that is unless I wind up w/ shit genetics or travel too often with my better half in charge of watering and feeding the babies :)

Don't buy BS Chinese LED lights off E-bay! They are crap I've had several, none lasted more than a year and you have almost no recourse to claim a warranty against them.

I have family n louisville, they know people who have been popped n say its no biggie unless ur growing a few hundred. Gettin popped growin 5 plants a few miles south is way worse. They could give a shit less about meth here but growin 5 plants WILL land u n prison. Know ur local laws n make a educated guess accordingly if u must grow ur own, il never stop growing for me n my family.
