gaddafi is anti islamic, just becuz he's muslim by identity doesnt mean that islam is bombing innocents, much like hiroshima or iraq or afghanistan or vietnam ... was not a christian bombing

Halliburton needs more money. US has more soldiers then in the 90s and if it sends them home unemployment numbers go up and trained killers get angry unable to support their families. The win/win for the gov and Halliburton? War with Lybia, not just that but we can also take all the reserve people on pay and put them "Into the shit" so instead of firing them and leaving unemployed disgruntled soldiers like after vietnam, we can turn them into heroes for their families with really great 21 gun salute funerals. It just makes more economic sense to the people in power. 21 bullets is much cheaper then the fallout from high unemployment numbers and welfare.

i looked up this thread because i remembered how i was thinking 7 months ago, and for what it's worth, i want to take back all what i said about the Libya war... sputniknz was so right all along! respect for that sput 
this is no revolution at all! this is clear invasion and Gaddafi proved himself as a popular and legitimate leader of Libya. this was all staged, it is the sickest war i've seen in my life, sicker than iraq, afghanistan, and all... NATO is a terrorist pirate organization that specializes in robbing nations. i actually saw the truth only a short time after i posted in here, ive been following that war closely, there are racial killings and ethnic cleansing of towns, beheadings and terror for anyone who supported gaddafi. militias are ruling different areas. it's a shithole

im half egyptian and i have a lot of family over there
my grandma had to barricade her doors from the rioters outside
unfortunately there has been more violence recently
however its more religion based
many coptic christians in egypt are being killed and beaten by the military
who are currently in control of the country after Mubarak left
