DIY with Quantum Boards

Ok folks if you could be so kind and give me some idea how many quantum boards, and what driver with dimmer function would be required to cover a flowering space of 5ft long x 2.5ft wide?.
I will be growing either scrog with colas maxing out about 12 to 18 inches, also sometimes sog with same flowering height of 12-18 inches.
Would I need optics?.
Ideas on distance from panels to canopy level would be great info, so I can design the new cabinet to house these.
To add to the mix I have 4 x 3070's running 50 or so watts each that I can combine into the setup.

I'm looking at 8 in 15sq ft. 4 240-2100b drivers.

I'd go with 4-6 boards on 2 HLG 240H C2100S

At wall
260-270 watts at wall with type B
Could be upto 300w with type A
At that power with 3 boards per driver you will need something for cooling. Heatsink recommend for board driver 50w +
