Lets get this thread back on track, guys. You want to talk PH, start another thread. This is about clubs being raided by feds. Not trying to be a dick, but you guys are getting this wayyyy off track.

they were all dispensaries or so called clubs. i have not seen much info in the news lately about it and i know that the people arrested are all out on bail or took a deal. im not sure if they did take a deal though, i do know they are out.
they said they busted them for manufacturer of MJ, delivery of MJ, delivery of mj within 1000 ft of a school. and possession of marijuana, because there u was one person not a card holder. thats about as much info that i got, if i hear any thing new i will post

It sounds as though they are finding violations of a sort, but the school one is BS.... the city had to issue a license to begin with. The school laws are going to need to be tweaked so MMJ has a different classification from street weed. Unfortunately, the pioneers in this industry are losing crops that the police don't have to replace. Cash and goods are being seized as well.... I still think this is politicians or sheriffs that do not respect the wish of the voters. They need to find new jobs, now.

but i guess theri was a card holder who was a snitch, i went to one of these clubs one time cuz they had a strain i wanted, it was not 10 a gram it was more like 5 a gram and they give free stuff away or if you bring in canned foods for the home less they give a a gram a can.
