i cant believe the way people jump others grows on here. that was rude to just call his stuff ditchweed. not everyone on RIU is a jerk, we get repped as so tho because of sh!t like that.

i just think everyone has issues, all can be jerks at times. i just know i woulda done the same and defended myself if someone told me my shit was ditchweed when i put my work into it.
im not saying that the pics are all that great either.
i just kept reading the op and didnt see where he wanted people telling him he grew ditchweed. i think it could have been put into words a lot better, especially from someone who is apparently of value to the community...

im just sayin... i just wish alot of the negativity on RIU would kinda go away. i can admit doing some bitching myself. hell im doing right now!

I used to know this stone mason. Old drunk,mean as a stepped on snake. He would thro a whole batch of mud back at you if it wasn't perfect. Cus your ass out the intire time u mixed a new one. Bitch n moan all day about how fuckin dum u are. One 'attaboy' from him was worth gold cause you knew it was earned,not just given.

Yea I know the type. Oddly enough... I worked laying brick patios for one summer. Worked with a biker named "Red" (50 years old long red lushes greasy biker hair lol). Guy was a true genius he had a brilliant mind. He was also mean as a snake on a rake. One mess up and he was in your face. He would "disappear" into the tool trailer about every 30 minutes on the dot lol. I asked the boss what he was doing (there was only 3 of us on the site) and I was told he was having a smoke break. hehe. One day I just happened to have to go to the tool trailer and see him siting on a bucket with the boss smoking a fattie. Boss takes it from Red and then hands it to me (I'm 19) I say hell yesizm and take a huge pull of off her...dammmmm it was fire (for 2001 lol). Then I go to pass it to Red as he is up next...don't wanna F up rotation...not with THIS guy. So I extend my arm with fattie in hand ... a gesture of good will IMO ... and he just looks at me and turns away ignoring me 100%. I'm like wft is this...I have never had this happen lol. Usually people are eyeing me down calling me "snoop" as I take massive yet appropriated pulls.

After it seems like a eternity of awkward silence my boss goes "hey! give it to me...just ...here I'll take it" THEN he just turns and hands it to Red. huh??? Red takes the doob and proceeds to smoke the rest without passing or saying a word. Yea that was awkward.

While I agree it seemed his rare praise was worth more than others. Smoke and mirrors my friend...smoke and mirrors. I just assume not have his praise at all and would rather just get down with some good'ol boys... that respect and look after one another. The older I get the more compassion I have... finally I said F it... I guess I'm just a compassionate person...dam!

any problems with those white and blue containers? i had cheap blue 5 gallons from walmart i had to paint black cuz i could just barely see the roots thru it. never cause a issue for me, just concern really. if you can take pics, can you do so with the hps off, it'll help us see your plants better, although the window blinds look is cool too. and dont be afraid to drop that t5 down, hard to tell with the wierd top porn angle shot, but it looks like you got plenty of room to take advantage of. sometimes you gotta get your toes stepped on to know how big your shoes are, take your lumps with grace and grow on. in the name of the plant amen
