Fertilizer help

So it seems like every time I fertilize it pours down rain. I was wondering if the rain washes away the fertilizer. My father tells me it does but I can't find anything online about it so idk who else to ask. I dont know if the leaves protect the soil enough to not get it to saturated or what. Thanks for all your help

Depends how big of a plant canopy and how hard it rains. Are you seeing any deficiencies? If not, don't sweat it until you see something.

I don't think I have any deficiency's the leaves are yellowing and some.have brown / white spots on the leafs but Idk lol I just want to know because I want the buds to pack on the pounds before harvest

Doesn't seem bad but that's not the whole plant I can rip off at least 50 leaves between two three plants but its not on the tips of the plants so I'm not to worried about it I just fertilized them yesterday then it down poorer but I think that they will.be okay
