Yeah that's my plan with my trim too, just been sitting in gallon bags in my freezer for now. It's that or pick up some dry ice.. haven't decided yet.

That smell is.. interesting lol not sure how I feel about B/O but least it sounds like that dankness is in there, bet it will come out a lot more once it's dried. My godberry smells basically flipped after dry. Was strong lemon up front with berries at the end during flower, and now it's up front berry smell with some hint of lemon on the back end now that it's dry.

I've heard ona gel can rob the buds of their terpenes if it's too close, like in the same tent where it's drying or something but IDK how true that is or not. Maybe something to test..

I'd think you'd have a good week or two left for sure but really it's up to what the trichomes are saying. Just looks like you still have a good amount of white hairs coming up again.. Might get a little more swelling in there in that time.

Shouldn't need the darkness or the specific flush, I didn't bother with either and she turned out dank and not harsh or chemically at all but totally up to you, won't hurt for sure and could prove interesting.

Oh i'm betting at least 12 ounces. I pulled 6 and mine only had 8 real tops. Possibly over a pound.

For reference, here is my godberry just before harvest that gave 172 grams dried all said and done in a 3x3 tent.

I wonder if I should remove a few leaves from here and there and get the last week or so done with slightly deeper light penetration from up top as well as slightly better airflow...? ....or do you think by doing this, ..insome way it would negitivly effect her profiles etc..? STELTHY

Well since you're this late into flower I'd say you could probably pull ones that are blocking lower bud sites. But I wouldn't go big with it. When I defoliated in week 3-4 it totally fucked up my growth so I won't be doing that again ever.

I will say, I would take anything on the very bottom that you think will be larf or could benefit having removed to send that energy to the tops, unless you wanna use that larf for bubble hash or whatever. Not sure you'll have any with all those lights everywhere but yeah that shouldn't hurt her at least. Its the big fan leaves at the middle to top area's that they tend to get all drama queen about if you remove them.

Shes in her 2and day of flush with plain tap water balanced at ph 5,8 .... need to find a decent app to get a closer look at the trichs ...my eyes arent as good as when I was younger .... but she cant be far off now ......!? ... - STELTHY

I liked Dynafems Critical+ ...I hope RQS Critical is just as nice if not better.... I also turned up the Phantom XL to full wattage..ill keep an eye on the temps every couple of hours...do you know of any good accurate scales for weighing large ammounts at a time..? - STELTHY

I mean, you can get bigger kitchen scales but they're not as accurate. I just used a regular scale you'd use to weigh out stuff if you were selling. Goes to hundredths. I dried everything first for two weeks and then trimmed it. Then got a large 32oz mason jar and weighed it empty, then tare'd the scale. From there i'd fill it up and weigh it out, then empty it and fill it again, rinse repeat until I had everything weighed and then I jarred it all. Took a bit of time but I knew it was accurate. Have to use the same jar though as they don't all weigh the same.

Could get a big kitchen scale from walmart or something cheap, should be able to weigh out a few lbs on that but again, won't be as accurate. Would want to make sure at least measures out to the gram.

Its getting close just waiting on a few more cloudy trichs..I ll add pics later... I have decided to kind of train or lean over some of the bigger colas to get a bit of light in there at the base of those colas... It seems like a good idea to get a few greener areas caught up whilst am waiting on the trichs to further mature..

I am trying to decide whens best for the 48hrs of darkness and my additional UV and iR only shock (just to see if it does anything with no middle bandwidth spectrum...just UV and iR together for 6hrs before 48hr blackout begins)..

Is it best to go to the 48hr dark cycle when the trichs are still changing to milky....or when I have 90%milky or cloudy and 10% amber...as those 48hrs are the decing factor of her high in terms of trich maturity before the eagerly awaited CHOP! ...??

Ill add some pics later... Oh the buds seem pretty dense so far - STELTHY

I mean I'm not positive the extra dark period does anything for you but I'm pretty sure the initial idea behind it is to get the plant to finish up quicker, change those clears to cloudy's and cloudy's to amber's. But again, since we have no empirical evidence it works, I would definitely get the trichs pretty much where you want them and then do the 48hrs dark. So regardless if it works or not you'll be happy. I'd say in the ~85-90% cloudy with some ambers would be the time to do it. Can wait for more amber if you like it like that but either way you want as little clears as possible for the longest lasting highs.

Theres still some clear trichs...so a while longer yet ...kinda wished I'd kept feeding her a while longer.... but hey ho ... she should be super smooth to smoke !!

But I have tucked a few colas under the screen to get light to the greener bits in this time so hopefully that bumps the weight up a little ...not that I am worried or anything... - STELTHY

Man, your trim jail is going to suck so hard lol but looks like it's gonna be super worth it! The base of that plant is massive! You're gonna have so much bud off this..

So... 4 days have passed and despite flushing for this time..I checked the trichs and she still has a fair few clear trichs...so I made up a 3 to 4 day feed of CannaZym and Boost ... I reckon she ll make good use of the additive ..she is still thisty...once shes done that ill re check the trichs and if most are cloudy I ll do another flush....

I am hoping that because she has not been fed for 4 days shell inhlale the zym and boost in urgency and swell up her colas perhaps a bit more...sh hums at the moment...real stinky...

The other day i removed one of the corner stems that had light burn and frazzled sugar leavs....took as small dry nug yesterday it had few cloudy and many clear trichs still...but ...banging taste and smell...the high came on slow...it was really long lasting not at all intense though and no dry mouth either..was slightly harsh on the throat but with a bit of moisture left and no cure thaat can be expected...

Ill check on her later today...i did see the temps hit 31.5 oC the other day...fingers crossed that little heat wave didnt upset her too much...anyhow thought I d make a record of the extra feed...more pics coming soon - STELTHY

I plan to flush for 48hrs today...as well as shut off all lighting minus UVA and B... and will only give her that uv dose for 4hrs before starting the 48hr complete darkness "freak out" before I am calling it.. and then its "CHOP! CHOP! Time" exciting times !!! I lltake n post pics later - STELTHY

....and unless there's a reason not too I may hang up the harvested branches complet with fan leaves as the weather is fking HOT at the moment and I want to slow the drying phase down...as the sample brach just left hanging in my dinning room went snap dry in aprox 4 days.. I want to extend that drying time by about a week......what are your thoughts...will leaving the Fan Leaves on to dry have a Positive, Neutral or Negative effect on the drying buds..??? - STELTHY
