After looking at it several times, it is wholly possible that it was constructed.

The baby in the video being picked up could have been a dummy that was replaced by the 'father' as the camera-man runs over to the incident. The childs red hat may have been that colour to deliberately attract the attention of the bird.

I don't know. If it is real and not a viral, I would expect the father to be making media interviews.

Smart bird if ya think about it whats that kid gonna do against a adult eagle? yeah exactly. Shit just in my mom's back yard here ive seen a fisher cat(small weasel) attack a full size white tail deer and was winning lol! You give nature a chance it'll take over again!

True. The wingspan on that bird was huge. If birds are able to pick sloths off trees, what makes you think they cant get a 10-15lbs baby

i watched an owl pick up a cat and fly away with it, there's no doubt in my mind that an eagle could do this. thanks for posting....peace

i know i know ive seen there all over the nra and yeah good point about assault rifles not being used for hunting(most times cough), but i think what they arent saying is the good ole boys wanna be able to ahve there fancy ar platforms to play with, i dont blame them there fun when used responsibly, what they fail to recognize and put out there is its fucking violent nowadays! If your set on finding a weapon and killing someone it dosnt have to be an assult rifle it could as easily been a bomb or poison. I love fisher cats!
