So, My Question is water and PPM related

Lets say my Tap waters PPM is ~200 and I'm looking for 1000 PPM of Nutes for a feed, Am I looking for a PPM reading of 1200 PPM or am i still Aiming for the 1000??

You include your water. The more correct measurement is EC. The solids in your water would be measured. Look online for your water company quality report. They all test regularly.

I'm guessing that the majority of solids in your water is calcium. Usually calcium carbonate. Most water sources are calcium heavy.

Yes like hotrod said you include your tap water minerals, see the majority of the stuff in your tap water is calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and sodium, three of which you need and one that is to insignificant to matter. So yes if you can accurately read it include your tap water ppm.
