Help needed

Hello, I am currently worried about a plant of mine that is having issues with the leaves. I may be overreacting but my plant is showing wrinkled leaves with what looks like problems expanding it's leaves. Any help for this noob is GREATLY APPRECIATED. I will attach a photo to help you help me. Thanks a million. image.jpeg

They're 1 gallons. I heard its good to keep switching pots going up in size as much as you can. Is that true? They've been in those gallons maybe 1.5 weeks. Thanks again for all this good info

Yeah I put healthy plants from Dixie cups into 1 gallons then 3 gallon and 5 gallon about every week to week and a half that's about how long it takes for them to become Root bound. But I'm also running cocoa not soil

Yea there are no drawback as I see it. I use about 80% Coco 20% perilite. It is much easier to fix plant issues as your medium is nutral and can be completely flushed. Your plants will root faster, and I see greater growth rates as well. Another plus is you can re-use your growing medium.

image.jpeg Here's an updated picture. The back center is the plant I asked for help on. I just wanted to post a more current photo. Fixed ph issues and re-potted. Seem to being doing good now. 1 month after germination. Thanks again everyone.
