Help!!! Plants look super healthy but issues with leaves

Hi RIU Crew,

This is probably one of my more successful grows thus far and plants are looking healthy but if anyone can diagnose the below pictures that would be great.

They’re only about 3 weeks old, leaves were forming naturally but seem to be forming certain parts of the leaves normally and some are deformed.

Is it an issue with bugs possibly or anything else anyone can notice and shed some light on? Organic grow in ROLS. I have 5 plants and two of them are showing these symptoms.

Lol it’s neem cake man some got on there yesterday after a top dress.

Do you guys think it’s a bug problem?

I dont know. If it is a critter of some sort, it has eaten the leaves in a very selective manner. Were the leaves mutated when they were first forming?

Is it possible that you cut the leaves when you topped it?

I have little mites in the soil that look like the hypoapsis miles I applied last round and not much like root aphids. It’s midge season in Canada so it could be them eating the leaves?

I’m actually thinking that could be it. It doesn’t look characteristic of any leaf eating species

Initially I really fucked up on the cut lol. Gotta stop doing this while baked. I guess I should wait a few weeks for it to regenerate then?

You realize you cut off all but two nodes right? Your plant will only have two branches and its going to take a while for those to really start growing. If you cut the leaves which it sounds like you did, its not a big deal, just forget about it.

it will be fine if you trimmed the leaves a bit, doesnt look like something ate it

Im just worried he doesnt realize how long it will take to recover from taking the top and all but 2 nodes off lol.

Yeah I’m a new grower and things happen a long the way. I guess I fucked this plant up lol

well, that will depend of the growing conditions as well as the plant itself, some are more rezistend to... things lol

I’m here to learn & I’m sure you probably made mistakes when you started as well

you didnt fuck it up mate, it might come back. first pic is my Auto bomb topped at the second node after an accident, the lamp felt on it. sec pic is the same plant 15 days after, 22 inches tall ( the one on the right)

I am as new to this as they come and am only growing my second plant now. I keep a pic on my wall at work that sums it up very well.
And have faith, plants can be very resilient. Things can end up way better than we think. I wish you luck.

Thanks man. If there’s issues with one I’m chalking it up to learning, I have 4 more that I haven’t fucked up. Appreciate the help
