Thanks for your help in advance and Im not sure if this is the correct place for this, but how the hell do I fill this matrix perc? As you can see from the photos the percs will not hold water and everything I keep seeing online says "matrix percs should be submerged." Like most things online I have no idea if these people know what they are talking about. Any help would be great. It was a $140 piece so I dont expect the world, but I do expect the main attraction of the piece to funtion semi properly, in this case the matrix percs.

Maybe I don’t get this question.
Fill it though the ‘bowl’ hole.
Suck air through it,the water will rise to the other perc’s you want 1-2 inches at each perc.
Fill with as much water as you can without it splashing in your mouth.
