ahh... so I need to mock you then. I was thinking last night about the watering/ flushing. If we water and flush every 2-2.5 days the soil will still be wet. Would this cause an over watering and create mold? I now dumb questions.... but I am trying to learn and understand.

Also another noob question. Ph'n the water for the flush.... If proper ph will prevent build up and nute lock out, why is there a need to ph water now when flushing, if we are trying to rid of the nutrients in the soil now? Did that make sense. LoL Hubby is killing me too.... he is all worried and frustrated. Hittin me with a million and one questions and repeating the questions over and over again even when I answer him! LoL He just wants this all to come out right... He loves the fact you all are helping us out and wants to make sure he doesnt do anything wrong. I guess thats reason of all the millions of questions he hits me with.

Also he fed them this past weekend. I think it was sat... this doesnt count as the first feeding right? I feed full nutes and then 1/2 strength like you said?..

Use some of yalls cash you'll be saving not buying bud to upgrade setups for next grow around. I never ph my flush water it just takes WAY to long. I had to put 12 gallons through my pot and there is no way I'm gonna ph all of that. Just water or flush/water when the pot is dry don't go overwatering it.

Looks like your coming to an end. So far so good! How are the trichs looking? Starting to show any amber yet? If your hubby can't keep his hands off chopping the plants tell him you want to run an experiment. split the plants in 2 groups. One let his chop when he is ready and the others wait till they are truly finished and ready. After cure compare and he will be sold on waiting. Most everyone don't let plants finish. You will notice when the plant is ready she will change a little in appearance and look done and ready with an amber glow. You will know. Pull up the harvest thread and go over the finished plant pictures for a review. After you flush it with 3 times the pot size of water just continue normal water only or water/molas. Correct ph let's the nuts. in the plant flow out. You don't want un ph-ed water locking the nuts. in the plant. I also wouldn't water earlier then every 3/4 days. Your thinking right about not watering too much. Could cause several issues. Remember the roots are at their largest in the pot now most likely completely covering the entire pot so water is used fast now.

How many finished plants? We need to guess finished ozs...

I am noticing after several grows now the seed strain make a HUGE difference. In finished qty, smell and potency. I got some Banana OG Kush and Greenhouse White Rhino that plain will put you on your arc. Some bagweed that just ok. 4 months of Loving these plants I am sold on super genetics....

You need to get your ph/water system down dude. My local water stays about the same ph. I have it down to 19 drops ph down for a 4 gallon trash can and 24 drops for a 5 gallon trash can. Mixing done withing a minute or 2. Walmart $3.00 4 or 5 gallon plastic trash cans.

in the post with the advice I posted that you should still only water when the top 2" is dry and the pots are light. If you do the math, the schedule I recommended only takes up 21 days (3 weeks) and my advice was 3 1/2 weeks solid.... ..... that allows for the extra 1/2 to full day between waterings

I got it down its like .5ml of ph down to get it right. I just didn't feel like ph'ing 12gl of water.

Ok.... so finally got hubby to actually read a few of the last posts. Thanks guys.... it helped him understand me better. LoL I think even when I read them to him, he isnt paying full attention. And forget if there s some type of sporting event on! LoL

What I do have a question about now is the drying. I know some of you had told me a few things in the past and because of that we were going to dry in our basement bathroom. BUT.....We have family coming for the holidays and will need to keep it in the garage.

Is there any particular temp that we should keep the room at? What about drying in the tent with the light on? But keep the light up high away from them (as a heat source). I have a drying rack I could hang them from. Just thoughts off the top of my head. I dont wanna come this far and get them moldy. NOT good. LoL I am sure after I talk to hubby he will have a few more questions for me.

slow circulating air (about 5 mph) keep these conditions constant for a good even 6-10 dry, then whatever sweat/cure process you choose.

You may want to exhaust some air to keep the RH constant.....

Make sure you have a spot that the light is off for cure and dry. The key to the dry/cure part is to slow the drying process down. All we want is to keep them from drying too fast. No direct light on the buds thru dry/cure. Walmart has a case of the quart canning bottles for about 8 bucks.

Thanks guys. We would normally hang them in the garage until they felt dry but still had a bit of bend to the stem and then we go ahead in the jars. But if I do remember correctly I think one batch had mold.

dryin and cure for me. i dry em 1 day more after they feel like they gettin crunchy like 5-6 days. not quite a snap in the stem, i call it a half snap. lol. then in jars and open 2 times a day for a few mins for a week an rotate buds a lil. you should not have any moisture build up. if you do its not dry enuff. then open jars once a day for the next week. then if needed smoke a jar and let the rest just age no opening till needed. works good for me no mold at all.

Thank Jeb! He loves Farv... and is so happy to see him playing and was happier to see them beat GB the other day. Yanno, I know he has some favorites,the giants are his favorite, then minnesota and arizona, but only arizona cause Kurt Warner is there. He was glad to see he got a good home after St. Louis did him dirty. But as far as football goes?? 1pm Sundays the world comes to a complete stop. LoL
