Why are you not using the mh bulb?

I am but the only time i really get pics is like 30 minutes b4 lights out. i havent really tried real hard to get the mh and the hps's synched up. but the mh comes on 30 minutes after lights on and 30 minutes b4 lights off. just so my 12 hours is maintained.its on 11 hours of the day tho.

oh for sure! bubble hash. i also have about 3 lbs of trim from last crop in the freezer. ganna bubble that too when time comes.

they are really taking off. i need to trim some fan leaves. i did a pretty good job on keeping the canopy level. especially with 8(60%sativa) and 4(60%indica) plants. but there are a few sites that got trained more agressively than other and are not really being overtaken by others since everyhting is on the same plane, but its putting some shade on them. so im ganna do some trimmin tommorow. probly pick up 2 more oscilating fans for underneath the screen. I'm also going to place pandafilm over each pot's top to prevent any flies and algae on my rockwools. i have a very small amount of both, ganna get that taken care of tommrow. I forgot the ratio of dried trimmings:hash. its in my marijuana bible. i'll get back to you on that. but after this crop i will probly have 10-15 lbs of trimmings.

You know i wish i could share all my knowledge with pothead friends. but they cant know, you know? i guess thats why we all socialize on here. ive done alot of research on how to grow. I still feel like im a noob. There is just so much to learn. the basics are easy. but getting into the advanced sector. boy theres some complicated stuff.

heres the ratio. on average, always depending on strain(hash plant would def produce more, etc) is 30g:1g. 30 grams of dried sugar leaves will give you 1 gram of hash. so if i have say, being conservative, 4-5lbs of straight sugar leaves and popcorns will give me around 72 grams of hash. THIS IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE. im not even thinking about hash right now. that will come in time. im just answering your questions on statistical data i have found. But boy oh boy i will shit my pants if i get 2 1/2 oz of HASH!!!!

dude for real, im about to set up my blanket and pillows in between one of my rows. major co2 boost. I mean ive got some pretty big lungs, i produce alot of co2. Shit after i blow a nights or 2 worth of co2 on them colas should be at least 24 inches. co2 works wonders when used properly, lol lol lol lol/

I can't wait to see the end result of your scrog. You got me hooked on this scrogging technique , I don't think Ill want to grow any other way. Except maybe Hydro with a Scrog. I think I wanna hire someone to Breathe on my Plants! I don't know if I could sleep with mine, Too much light. Oh and I agree with you on the CFL's.. you can see the diff. between grows with HID's and CFL's. My buddies plants are way smaller than mine and he's using cfl's and started 2 weeks before me...

Oh dude, your preaching to the Choir. I honestly dont think i will grow another way either. If I yeild higher than 1.2g/w i will continue to scrog for the rest of the time i grow. it just seems to be the most fun and efficient way of growing. But try hydro with scrog. i mean, im hydrorganicroggin. you just need the right system and right nutrients and right strain and its super easy. the only thing i do to check on my system, is once a day check the ph,ppm, and ec of the res. make sure everythings working(pumps, fans, etc , and make sure the plants are loving life. Pretty fucking easy. takes about 15 minutes per day, thats it. I'm a Scrog Growin Monster, Targettin the Cheddar.

Hell yeah.I have to do a lot more reading before I take it to the next level. I'm learnin' a lot now though.

I like ya FourTwenty. you only have a few posts but at least u know the basics and your not a dumbass. I get mad, when i shouldnt, over the dumb fucks on this thing. I mean is it really that hard. like some of the questions asked by people you just wanna answer " were you born on earth? are you a human? do you eat vegetables? do you know where vegetables/fruits come from? do you know how an organism grows? But 420 you know whats up for a new guy to the site. And you know i will be more than happy to help you with your scrog.

Can you or anyone else lend some advice, I'm scrogging but only have about 1/4 of the screen full so far, i'm still vegging so can I cut off any fan leaves now that are getting in the way? Or do I need to wait until later on for this?
