I'm back baby! this year I have a little twist in mind ;)

So after being dormant for about 4 years, I decided to get back into action!
I have got some Pyramid Seeds Auto White Widow Feminized Cannabis Seeds - 05 seeds coming in.
Have you had or heard of any experiences with this strain? I have decided to go outdoors with this one, but not putting them in the ground this time, rather, I'm putting them into 5 gallon polyethylene nursery pots that I bought off of eBay. I'll be using FF soil and a bunch of other natural fillers for the medium. What I'm writing about now is just off the top of my head in terms of the plans I have in store soo far. I am thinking about LST, maybe bending or tieing it down to expose the buds to more sunlight. I will setup a grow journal and keep you all updated once I commence the operation from day 1 to finish. Any advice, feedback, constructive criticism or whatever you want to add is much appreciated

I grew pyramid auto white widow a few grows ago. They were in my veg tent (5x5) with 10 other ladies. All 5 seem pretty close in appearance but figured it to be two different strains. Took 80+ days to finish not 55 to 60 as promoted. Middle of flower smelled like a mixture fruits. Very very sweet smell. Then late flower switched to a fruity gasoline smell. Pretty decent smoke for an auto.

Very nice pics you got there! That alone gives me an encouraging feeling about this upcoming op!
What was your total yield? average yield per plant?
do you remember your light specs? etc?

I grew them under a 1000 watt hps. Dimmed for the first few weeks. They were in 5 gallon (3.7 actual) nursery pots. I believe they all gave around 1 1/2+ oz per plant. But there were 10 other ladies with them in the tent that I was vegging. So with more space they wouldve given a much bigger yield. But I was very happy with the results.

Not to de-rail the thread but a lot of people seem to say that the growing sites misinform people as to the flowering time of their plants.

Did you consider the flowering time they provided is a measure for the soonest possible harvest and not necessarily when your plants are truly ready?

I harvested early, couldn't of been even 10% cloudy trichs and I still obtained a really decent head high from a plant that had recieved a pretty shitty grow experience. While the websites may not be providing optimal information I think we should take a step back and consider that these times are still technically correct, just not the best.
