I have a suggestion. Strayfox Sleeping Iraqi strain. JBC has in stock. Idk if that is related to the Ranya that was in Bodhis DLA6, but that stuff knocks me out. I sleep 4-6 hrs at most, and when stress gets added, I "sleep." The DLA6 was a real medicine plant.

I went to a sleep clinic. It didn't help but they gave me some interesting pointers from the test results. The test showed that I was unaware of all my sleep times. The lab measured 4 hours sleep during test when I thought I was awake the whole night. The clinic also noted that I breathed easier lying on my side which is true so they must know what they are doing.

Damn. I'm not doing the Wake N Bake this AM because of the sleep study that showed frequent MJ users are more likely to be in this condition. Mind you the researchers did not prove that MJ use was causal. It could be another cause and insomniacs turn to MJ for relief but I'm trying to find out for myself. It sucks.

No alcohol to avoid depression since I lost my beautiful wife, the love of my life, the woman I adored, in August so I haven't slept well at all. Now this. Blah. Bah humbug.

On the bright side I'm learning meditation and exercise to thwart depression & the seratonin-stimulating exercise has given me an athletic build once again.

I'll let people know the sleep results if anyone is interested. This isn't a very scientific study of course, just anecdotal with many other factors involved. I'm giving it a month. I know I'll probably start easing back in regardless of the outcome. Wake N Bake is the highlight of the day.

I'm very sorry and it looks like you're doing everything you can, exercise certainly helps. If nothing else stopping MJ is a good tolerance break.
