Crap. I slept a little better last night after being abstinent for 3 days for my experiment. Wake N Bake is the highlight of the day. I miss that. The coffee isn't nearly as good.

I can't say if the better sleep is due to laying off the weed or an improvement in a sinus condition. I'm thinking the sinus condition mostly.

I hate you, stupid experiment.

Yeah. Wake and bake with a hot coffee, today's newspaper, and a sunny beautiful morning out on the deck. Heavenly.

The sleep study is wrong, I hope. Maybe it isn't the weed's fault. This totally sucks. I'll be falling asleep about 2 in the afternoon today.

On the bright side I will be getting some work done.

I have somewhere to be this afternoon, hoping this is just a temporary awake condition.
I'm determined to make the best of it anyway. It's a good time to write a journal. Good time to focus. This is becoming my journal so I told myself I'm not wasting time.:???:

I'm pretty sure my problem is temporary & more related to the sinus condition I can't quite kick. I used to hate napping. I always felt like I was wasting the day. Much easier on myself now & find that helps me sleep. Ironic that worrying about sleep keeps us awake. The only big problem is of course I need to meet with people during their waking hours.

Hope you get\got back to sleep & your condition isn't chronic. Good luck this afternoon.

Breaks over. Back to work.
