Look, I haven't smoked that much good stuff. Mainly just swag. Its cheap, and its easy to find. I can't afford that 100 1/4 shit. Nor can I find it that easy. I grew LR#2 and I thought that shit was dank. Ruderilis genetics and all. Hell, even this immature bud i'm smoking on is better than good swag. Ya'll people need to keep in mind when commenting on other peoples threads that maybe they can't get shit like you can?ThinK
i think the same thing. I feel like i'm the only one on here still smokin shwag sometimes.

Since joining this site & learning I think you maybe right. I am VEry spoiled for good herbs.
I had someone give me a 1/4 of AK-47 & right away I could tell it was harvested too early. Had ok taste, but the high was mediocre at best. Should have let that ripen another few weeks IMO. I saw no crystals on the buds.. they were a bit sticky, but that was it.
Its interesting how little people know about growing. People who have been in it for years but never heard about checking the trichomes for ripeness, never heard of Auto flowering etc. They just harvest on week 8 of flower. Dry for 5 days & sell or smoke. Fuck. they try mine & its like a love fest. ONe guy thought I spilled sugar on my buds because they were so white & frosty after curing.
I grow my own because its fun & I grow better stuff than you can buy.. well at least what I've been able to find.

I just go down the street and pick up some fine herbs, there are only over 100 places in SD to go too and about a million strains. I have tried a lot but I found I am a trainwreck, kush, and Gods Gift fan. So yeah I am spoiled but I wont turn down a joint of mec either.

How is learning by research over many years, then applying said knowledge to growing copious amounts of killer weed taking it for granted.
Because most of us have been through schwag phases, had enough of it and appreciate the good stuff?
I found I spend just as much buying crap weed as when I buy the good stuff. I have to roll pinky sized joints to even get a glow. I end up smoking it 5x faster. And then I get headaches, or just kill my lungs for a minimal buzz.
If you don't like reading about us sharing with eachother tricks on how to grow good ganja, or seeing killer buds, stop browsing the site. But no-one on here is going to just dummy everything down because some people waste good money on mediocre weed.

sure as hell bet toke good herb ... i only smoke dank and Schwag used to be an everyday thing and dank used to be a real treat. but I got tired of breaking bricks apart breaking grinders and smoking seeds. did you know that the outer layer of schwag has mold on it? its from when they compact it the buds are still moist and that outer layer gets a dark green / black its mold, thats why if you smoke schwag and you get a headache its because of the mold(seeds are known for giving headaches as well as exploding in your face) among other things mold is pretty bad I don't like it as it can also kill plants and ruin a good harvest.

It's been a crazy orgy of high quality herb at my house since my grows started to really come in. There is no longer a filter on how much good herb I can consume because price is no issue. I will smoke $30 worth of dank in a sitting because I have it coming out my ears.

To me I'd rather pay more for the better herb just because when you get regs and schwag for a lot cheaper you always have to smoke more than double that you would of the killer weed not to mention the good weed taste a lot better has a better high that last longer. in the long run pay the extra even if its double the price. That's just me.

Growing your own should be a human right I have never been able to buy anything even close to what I grow for myself & that's with only 2-3 grows under my belt.
The stuff you buy is inherently not as good simply because (THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS!) most of the sellers are there for the dollar & of course time is money. When your growing your own, unless your out & desperate you dont mind giving her another week or 2 or what ever time it needs.
I love my pot. Sounds simple but its so profound...I really do love growing my own pot & smoking it.
Wish I could make a legal living of it & be happy all the time
