how many plants are there? i wouldnt be against taking a clone off a female plant and growing it out yourself

i cant see it well but, there is also a plant that grows like a marijuana plant and has 7 leafs and smells like it but not strong. I ve seen them grow around in woods or other places and thought so too but you might have something.

go up to the plant and lightly squeeze the stem should give off a cannabis odor. aside from actually budding its a dead giveaway. im like 99% thats weed

i didnt get out of my car or stop completely to stare at it and observe it... dumbass... i was on my way to work and decided to snap a picture....

anyways ill try to take a better one tomorrow to clarrify everything...

It may not belong to anyone; so should he attempt to tell his neighbor at all?

I think you should ask him if you coudl do some yardwork free of charge for him if he'll let you have some when it's ready.

The problem is that if it's just a bag seed, there are chances that there's more bag seed that has sprouted and produced males. I'm told that male pollen can pollinate up to a mile away easily; if it's ditch weed, it may not even be worth smoking.

I say you should be honest and approach him and let him know that you are a good person; don't send your friends that way. They'll keep it all for themselves, and somone is bound to harvest it too early.

Hard to tell from your pic but I don't see that the leaves join and they don't appear to be sawtooth. It could be cleome or maybe even stinging nettles.
