Ok first of all like scroglodyte said, your growing in a bowl, the water isnt even draining out the bottom, the water has to drain out the bottom. Secondly which is also your major problem, respect the plant, dont put her in that cheap ass soil shame on you :-?

Yes it can be challenging to grow grade A Cannabis inside or outside the later being less challenging , none the less cheap soil will be your limiting factor for now !

I brought a bag of Burpee organic seed starting mix. I dont have access to light warrior only ocean forest and I have read that the soil is to hot to start seedlings in.

Question 1- when you started that seed in a rock-wool cube did you soak it (the rock-wool) prior to planting the seed?
Question 2- why not starting directly in soil?

keep it real.

Yes your pretty much right it's not hard to grow mj it is a vey hardy plant and will grow in just anything now it will not be grade A, but cannabis rarely dies because of lack of what the grower does but dies because the grower gets inpatientce, if you really want To grow but your in a pintch I would get a decent fertilizer and soil and grow under some cfls.

Yeah I let the cube soak for 24 hours. I was reading the guide from widowmaker on starting in rockwool and then transplanting to soil.

I have the CFLs and the nutes already but I have to be able to get out of the seedling phase.

Ok thanks so what do i need to do to turn the plant around and save it.
I would dump it and start from fresh considering you don't have too much time invested in this one & it would take a few weeks to recuperate. Also you have to consider that any plants witch ad a shock like this might turn hermie later on
