Day 20 of 12/12 Day 5 of Flower

Alright, where were we? Right!! Alright, plants recovered quickly after their first stripping on Day 14 of the flip. Pistils were showing and finally exploded on Day 15 so I started counting flower days from there. I have a lot of mains at 36 inches above soil. Stretch is pretty much over between the three. Francos Lemon Cheese is still stretching just a bit. The smells are amazing in here now. Bud sites are plentiful throughout and will still plan on doing another big strip tomorrow evening. It's way too thick in here. Leaves are still laying on top of each other and leaving puddles of transpiration on the lower leaf.

Had their skirts lifted last night for another topdressing. Healthy soil web going on. Plenty of hypoaspis miles. Roots popping put thr top of soil. Most of mycelium broken down and still some old cover crop poking thru everything.

Topdressed with some more Kashi, alittle bit of Craft Blend and some handfuls of buildaflower.

Starting to drink water in larger quantities a lot quicker now. Humidty is a little high during lights out but I can crank the vent fan while I'm at work and slow it down when I get home. That's about it for now. Will update tomorrow after I strip them of blocking leaves.

Cheers!!

Somehow I've missed your journal until tonight. It's an amazing grow cabinet build and a super job on the plants. I'm really interested in the SIP design as I have a hard time hand watering all my plants. I've really been wanting to give those a try. I love the pics and details of the journal and I can't wait to see your girls blow up. Best of luck with the rest of the grow and sorry for being so late to the party.
Sorry I didn't like each post as I was going through the entire journal but I have satellite internet and it's slower than dial up some nights. It took 15 minutes to load each page and it was taking a couple minutes to load each like earlier. I'd have been here for days lol. Just understand that I clicked a lot of likes in my mind.

Thank you so much!! And absolutely no worries about being late to the party haha!! I do like taking a lot of photos and dumping them all here so yea it may take awhile for them to load for you lol. These SIPs are a cake walk!!! I fill the rezs maybe twice a week right now and it takes me all of 10 minutes. I also made a makeshift funnel so I could water them standing up as my knees don't have any tolerance for bending down or kneeling anymore. If you dive into SiPs and have any questions please feel free to ask away! Thanks for stopping by!

Cheers!

Day 24 of 12/12 Day 9 of Flower

Buds are starting to stack up from top to bottom on all the girls.

Gorilla Zkittles in the center. (Bud shots of all the girls in next post) bud sites are plentiful on this girl. Nice long mains that are going to be filled with buds. Frost is coming on quick with even the main stem being covered towards the tops.

Apple Blossom has the longest mains of all the girls and she is stacked as well. Buds are getting dense already and feeling this just moving branches around. I see many strings like a puppeteer in my future with all of them. Strong floral fruit smell. Shes throwing some thick white pistils.

Francos Lemon Cheese is looking quite nice. Shes packing in whatever she can with just her 6 mains, but she is very healthy and happy. Still acting the slow one of the bunch even through the flip haha.

Overall plants are all healthy and chugging along. I'm at about 600 ppfd at the tops of canopy (14inches from lights at 75%)and 250-300 around the middle (about 6 inches above tomato rings) of plants depending on VPD is a little outta whack until I figure out my lights on Temps as the drivers are very warm now. Might mount some old pc fans to draw the heat towards the exhaust. Can't position the hurricane 6 inch fan in any better position really. Temps are around low 80s at canopy level and humdity is has been ranging anywhere from 45ish to 57 with lights on. Lights out I'm holding at 70 with 70% humdity. Will plan on getting dehumidifier. Haven't decided if a small one in the cabinet or a whole room one for my little laundry room that is open to the house.

Other than that, just topdress in a weekish, keeping filling the rezs and watch em thrive.

Cheers!

Day 28 of 12/12 Day 13 Flower

About to enter 3rd week of flower and everybody is still stacking and chugging along in the SIPs. Absolutely chugging water now too.

20221021_082702.jpg20221021_082714.jpg20221021_214620.jpg20221021_214501.jpg

The slowest growing, Francos Lemon Cheese, ended up stretching the tallest. Her tallest top is 39 inches above soil. Absolutely loving these SIPs coupled with the mainlining. Thought it was gonna be tough cramming 3 plants in here, but with mainlining and some precarious arrangement of the mains, they really filled this cabinet close to its max efficiency. Hoping for smooth sailing to a bountiful harvest.

Thank you to all who have accompanied me on this journey. Have a great weekend!

Cheers!
