The ambient temperature does nothing to tell what th3 leaf temps or transpiration are. Typically LEDs can be run in warmer temps and leaf temps are lower since they emit no infrared while hps has a huge spike there. Needed to run a faster draining mix also.

My r spec board has ir leds in it I'm assuming that's what those red emitting leds are next too the white emitting ones.

Hi I think I'm in the right place.
I bought a 24w sansi led from amazon for two plants. Was this a pointless purchase ?it's the only light I have.
First grow trying it out don't want to throw cash at something I might not ne good at

Like I say mate. I'm just kinda trying it. I would love to be able to grow. I just don't want to spend money incase I'm terrible at growing. Could you offer some suggestions? I seen 'grow light' and thought that'll do.

Like I said you can give it a whirl with compact fluorescents I would use 4 per plant
The 24 w led just isn’t going to do it
Before you buy anything I would do some reading on here
lol at indoor growing
There are a lot of good peeps on here willing to help
CFL are my opinion

Hello ! I have a 4x8 tent. 32x (cxb3590 3500k)+ 4xHLG-320H-C1050B. Since 2016)))) This is very much now 2020 ???
