I have talked about this with members before and a lot like the idea, my idea was more of a local gathering of maybe ten people, and if it works for separate chapters of these meeting then we could arrange a bigger gathering with whomever wanted to join but would have to travel further depending on where it was. Kinda like a canna cup, could have contests and prizes. I do this already on a kick back level, most I have gotten together is maybe 25 people. We all payed a few bucks each for this really sweet bong and had a smoking competition for who got it.

hell man, could walk out side and randomly get butt raped by some twacked out psycho. This way we a group ya, and there would be one regulator or security enforcer. If I put that together I would prolly be that person or a good friend of mine. Safety first. What is this statement based upon, just your opinion? Can you point me to some kind of factual evidence to support this?

The reason I ask is because I have just finished reading " Marijuana for less" by See More Buds and he uses CFL's the whole time for 8oz's of smokeable.

lol peace2usall plz dont brink him back into my thread lmao... he made all kinds of random statements based on nothing... alls i have to say is i used cfls for whole grow i havent even harvested yet and im very happy with what i have so far i will let you know the total weight of my plants after harvest but yeah i think i got quite a good yield for my first grow and with cfls -_-.. and cheeze nah man i cant chop em down yet!! i got one plant that dont even have any brown hairs yet and the other 2 have to go till at least monday cuz they are not flushed enough -_- but yeah itll be cool all set up now just need to move the lights n plants lol

CFLs will work just gotta reflect them right or use enough of them. Come peek a sneak, or wait...nvm, at ma bubblicious babes after week 2 of 2 CFL lights and they are flourishing.
It is definitely possible, don't hate the CFL man, tis a bright lil bastard and cheaper to run depending on how many you have that is.

well light is one factor (there are alot of factors)...that guy probablies a pro..... fact is hid usually give off more light.....however hps/mh 400-1000w get hot....so you have to put it farther away....the good thing about cfls is that you can puttem close and get good side lighting also.... i read that for every inch the light is away from the plant the lumen decrees by .10 percent....peacebull....and stop jackin gdg thread....start your own thread debate.....

just read this whole thread, seems like alot of effort has gone into it. skipped abit of the pun if you get my drift, but i guess that happens in any forum... im actually jealous of all these people with their wonderful plants, im currently on my first grow.. super skunk fem seeds and like ive said on another thread, its just growing so magical, been searching around for something similar but havent seen anything with this potential as of yet (not bragging) 1 week since its sprouted and its already say 4inches tall with real massive leaves. it loves my 400w HPS. anyways better not spam up your thread.... peace and green dreams

hey jaynwl alot has effort has gone into this grow! thank you for noticing ive tried to learn as much as i can and apply it to my grow alot of help came from my friends on this site.. thank you friendsssss i did not have alot of the "right" equipment but i did the best with what i had and i am very proud of the outcome.. growing is magical and it makes me very happy -_- as this was my first grow almost a "test" grow i of course made alot of mistakes and on my next grow will make alot of changes/improvements but as of now i think my plants look awsome and im so happy to have come across all these great ppl on this site.. i hope u can use some information from my thread and i can try to help if u have any ?s thank you for stopping by and good luck with ur plants its very rewarding!

only question really, seeing as we dont get none of this "fox farm" products here in the uk, and i didnt really want to order stuff online. so i made do with some multi purpose soil which i picked up in my local B&Q (if you know what that is) basically like a hardware store for stuff such as that.

anyways going off track abit here, what i wanted to know was do you think i would have enough nutes already inside the soil to sustain my plant until flowering, in which then i have some terra flores from canna. got this tomato food my mate gave me, which promotes healthy growth as well as establishing strong roots and encourages high fruit yeild. was thinking of adding some to my water, as my baby will definitely need some form of nutes the way its growing at present.

well im not to sure for im a noob lol but i know alot of ppl dont use nutrients at all... you definetly do not want to nute before like 3 weeks i know that for sure i used very small amounts of nutrients for vegging and then upped them some and used bloom booster for flowering.. i think you should be fine unless you see any problems arise then youll know if and what to use.. there is alot of nutrients in soil to help sustain the plant... also maybe try some molasses during flowering i have and it seems to help ALot hope that helps some :X

i guess every plant has its different scenario, and the one im seeing portrayed with my plant is that its going to need some form of nutes, by the way its grown alone in just a week. ill shed some light and show a few pics of my baby (had two but 1 had a little accident) when i find my damn camera, i really do hope these fem seeds are well and truly fem cause i intend to clone my precious, seeing as the other 1 which i called hobbit cause he had a big head and little feet (leaves/stem) damn i shoulda called him bfg or something haha

and heres a picture of my precious just 5 days old, since then which has been two days its actually practically doubled in size! oh and i also added a picture of it during its first day ( it kind of stretched ) so i added abit of top soil to support the stem, but its growing magical as i said now.

NO, molasses is boiled down sugar cane. It's a really pure form of sugar. Molasses is in brown sugar. It's not sea food, but thanks for the chuckle.

I just read through your thread here, and at first I didn't think the cfl's were a very good choice. Cheap and easy but not very good fr flowering. I was wrong. You have an ample amount of bud on some very good looking plants. + rep. You even have more knowlege of what your doing and your next grow will be way better. You've given me a new liking for cfl's. Well done.
