What's up everyone? I started a journal in the Indoor thread but figured I'd start a new one in here since it's more appropriate and could get a better audience.

So here we go.

My flowering space is about 3.5x3.5x4.5 ft. It's in the corner of my storage/basement, so I just framed in an area and then lined it with panda film.

I'm running a 600w Agrosun HPS bulb inside a XtraSun air cooled hood. I have a fresh air intake fan blowing in and have another small fan for the exhaust complete with a homemade carbon filter. Temps stay about 77F with lights on.

The strains I have in my HPS room are Super Silver Haze and "Super GDP" which I'm guessing is the SSHxGDP. They were vegged under my T5 for 2 weeks then moved under the HPS to veg 18/6 for another 2 weeks. I'm going to wait till Friday or Saturday of this next week to flip to 12/12.

I have them in 1.5 gallon containers in half Foxfarm Ocean Forest and half FF Light Warrior soil. No veg fert since the soil is already chalk full of good stuff, but for bloom I'm using BioBizz Bio-Bloom and then supplemented by Earth Juice Hi-Brix molasses.

The other plants I have under my T5 right now are one DJ Short's Blueberry seedling, 4 just sprouted GrapefruitxNYDiesel, and a clone of BC Sweet Tooth I just got from a fellow patient last night and I plan on keeping a mother of these 3 strains.

Pictures:
1. Flower Room
2. Super GDP
3. SSH
4. Sweet Tooth Clone (just FIMmed)
5. Blueberry seedling (just showed sex, and just FIMmed)
6. GrapefruitxNYD seedlings

Comments and suggestions welcomed.

I decided to veg for one more week. figured it couldnt hurt and hopefully increase yield.

they've been in those 1.5 gal containers in FFOF for almost 3 weeks now so I'm going to give them a half dose of FF Big Bloom veg fert to give them a little needed nitrogen.

I'll take some pictures when I'm feeding today :leaf: :leaf: :leaf:

just scribed man...awesome setup i love sog.....just wondering if u know where i could find some solid info on the lollipop method...thnx n keep up the great work

thanks for the kind words guys :bigjoint: and sorry for the lack of updates. been seeing a lot of family the past week...bongsmilie

to Garden: I just searched the whole forum until I found a good thread on it. just do some lookin and you'll find it ;-)

I just flipped my lights to 12/12 yesterday so today is day 2 of 12/12, but I'm not going to start considering them in bloom until this first week of 12/12 is over.

it's really starting to look SOGish now but I'm having an issue with one or two plants. In the 3rd picture you can see how yellow the plants gone. I thought it was just a N defficiency and hoped the veg fert I gave them would green them up a little more. any ideas? :-| :dunce:

but then the other pictures are the girls I have going under my T5 fluoros. I have my 4 GrapefruitxNYDiesel seedlings coming along nicely and then the other mom's. The BC Sweettooth and DJ Short's Blueberry both bounced back really nice after I FIMmed them. They should be more than clone ready once this next batch is finishing. still not too sure what strain I'm going to do next in my HPS room though. I checked BCBD's site and they said the Sweettooth finishes in just 6 wks with a heavy harvest! :weed: but then the Blueberry is just a classic frosty heavy sativa. maybe I'll just do some of both :-)

Yea I veg under my T5 4 tube 4 ft fluoros. I have 3 6400k bulbs and then 1 3000k bulb to have both blue and a little red spectrum.

and I have a very special friend to thank for these seeds. fdd has some of these seeds too so you should check his grapefruitxnyd in his outdoor thread and tell me what you think ;-) and if it looks that good outdoor, I can't imagine what it's going to look like indoor :weed:

thanks man. yea I just added some high N fert the other day so hopefully it starts greening up a bit more. but it's only that one that's super yellow like that so I'm not too worried

should shoot me a link to your thread if you're doing for your grow so I can check it out tho :leaf: :leaf: :leaf:

Temps are starting to drop here in northern cal, and my bloom room is only insulated on the back wall so I need a little extra heat. temps inside my room were about 58 F with lights off and that's a bit too cold so I added a little heater in there and have it on a timer so it kicks on for 30 minutes every couple hours when lights are off to keep temps up. and after adding the heater, the temps stayed a perfect 65 F with lights off and then 75 F with lights on so a perfect drop with lights off.

they've now been in 12/12 since wednesday so they've still got a lot of stretching to do and I think they'll finish at just about perfect size for my room. ha well, as long as those SSH dont get too sativa on me ;-)

haha they better be full of nodes, especially after fimming and a little supercropping. an oscilating heater sounds perfect tho. where'd you get it and how much did it cost?

I'm really interested to see how they will do tho since they were hit pretty hard by mites. they bounced back pretty nice since I ridded them of the mites but still look kinda scraggly for their size. guess we'll just have to wait and see bongsmilie

tomorrow will be a week in 12/12 for my 8 Super GDP and 4 SSH clones, but I'm going to start counting tomorrow as day one of flowering.

watered this morning and sprayed them down one last time, I think, with Neem Oil.

I took some pictures with my camera instead of my phone to get some better pictures. the first two are the SSH, the next two are the GDP, a couple in-room shots and then the last picture is the external view of my grow space that I don't think I've shown before. :leaf: :leaf: :leaf:

I vegged them under my t5 for awhile but after I transplanted them into the 1.5 gal containers, I vegged them under my hps for a couple weeks.

today's been a week that they've been in 12/12 so tomorrow will be the official day 1 of flowering

here's a canopy shot I took this morning a little before lights turn out for the day. GDP's are in the back and middle rows, and SSH is in the front row

Looks good Notorious. Scribed. Oh, and I'd just give em some more N till they green up some more. They'll either get really dark green or the leaf tips will slowly start to brown if you get too much in there. I guess what I'm saying is they will tell you when to stop as long as you are listening. Looks like the SSH needs more N than the GDP right? And GDP is short for...?

thanks dc. the new growth on those yellowing plants are a lot greener since I hit then with some high N fert but still think they need a little more. maybe some cal/mag? :-?

and GDP is the Grand Daddy Purps, but this batch of clones is actually "super" GDP so I'm pretty sure it's Super Silver Haze x GDP, so a total of 8 "super" GDP's and 4 SSH
