Seeds were planted 2 days ago and still waiting to sprout up but can seem to keep any moisture in the soil, after about 3 hours or spraying it a few times with a sprayer the soil go completely dry??? I'm using a 300w led with 1 small computer extractor fan, any suggestions?? need help fast

YOu mean the top of the soil is drying out? If so, thats ok. Take your finger and push it way down into the soil deep...how does it feel?
Id lay off the spray bottle and just water it

Yeah the top of the soil is extremely dry, what would you suggest I water it with?

I don't use leds, but isn't a 300w a lil much for seedlings? I'm asking not saying..it is with other lighting, may be a lil too much heat there, not to mention you could fry the seedlings? LED experts chime in here

what size pot are they in??
Did you germinate the seeds????
Cover the pot with plastic wrap.... seeds should go into soil that has been soaked enough to last well beyond 2 days.

I'm not in the house ATM but small pots only for them to sprout about a litre or so, how should I soak the soil?

truth is nothing really is going to dry out the soil if the roots aren't taking in the water. You're either drying it out with a huge light, or blowing a fan directly on it. You say it hasn't sprouted yet, why do you have it under a light? You only do that once it peeks out of the soil, and a small CFL will do once it peeks out.

Like @Pinworm said twice, water the plants.

Don't just mist. Soak the pot until you get runoff, then water it again after it is dried out (typically 3-4 days for seedlings).
