you ever try country ham slices on a biscuit, egg and cheese??? it's kinda a southern thang. but delish.

I've had ham as the meat on a biscuit or English muffin many times. These days I use the Canadian bacon I make instead of store bought ham. I enjoy a good breakfast sausage patty the most though. But I'm not kicking ham off the plate.

Speaking of ham, I'm thinking of getting a boneless pork leg and curing then smoking it for City Ham since I'm a city boy. :mrgreen:
