Hello,
I found a new device, new to me and pretty sure its a new technology as well. Was down at my local cigar shop recently and found these incredible humidity packets that generate and maintain a 72% humidity using a newly patented reverse osmosis membrane. Its just a little packet essentially that you put into your jar and it maintains 72%. I had dried buds that would grind to powder and after adding the packet it was absolutely perfect as though it was freshly cured again. The best thing about them is how cheap they are, 50 cents each at my local shop. Amazon is about 1 dollar each.

Good catch, several posts here about these, seen some folks using the ones that maintain like 63% or something...pretty sure the common thought is that you want to keep it under 70% so mold does not become an issue, I could be wrong. I keep my humidor (try to keep my humidor) at around 70%.

What cigars did you buy?

I would be careful using those 75% packs. I think the 62% packs are safer. The company states they were designed specifically for curing cannabis.
