New growth should have a yellow tinge to it. Yours on the other hand are almost all yellow. Yes add calcium, how ever you have to she NEEDS it. Get more of those ladybugs they'll handle the aphids, neem oil for the thrips and a layer of diatomaceous earth as a preventative.

It's new growth and there is nothing wrong with it.

It will darken up as it grows and new growth will come exactly the same colour as the new growth you see now.

Don't over think. Things, it's fine.

There are no indications whatsoever that there's a Calcium deficiency present. None.
My apologies you are correct spek, I grabbed my books to double check, and I was wrong, it is not a calcium deficiency, it is a nitrogen deficiency https://www.ilovegrowingmarijuana.com/nutrient-deficiency-nitrogen/

Sure its nitrogen deficiency? My lower leafs seem fine its just where the new leafs are growing out of there a limish green, i also jist got neem oil for my bug problem

They look a little light in color but it could also just be the lighting. Look on the bright side...most new growers over feed to the point that their leaves look like dark green plastic and under feeding is a lot easier to deal with than over feeding.

Yes correct its outside ive caught thrips on it aphids and seen couple small single webs going to leafs i caught a tiny tiny spider sitting on his web between 2 leafs near the bottom ive also have found earwigs just chilling on the leafs then one day saw pieces of a earwig in a web under a leaf like a spider ate it

Got some good lookin ladies there!!
To me this looks like Nitro deficiency.... First.... check your soil PH to make sure its not high and locking out Manganese which aids utilization of Nitrogen (Mobile nutrient). If this is the case dry the root zone out so shes real thirsty and flush here with plain water at correct PH. If you are having a manganese lock out chances are your medium PH is high (acidic), so I would do a flush at 5.5 and watch her for a week or until next watering/ feeding time. If the color comes back nice and green (or dosnt get worse) then you have solved it and can then I would brew a good compost tea and feed it to them since we likely flushed away some food.
If soil PH is on point then just hit them with a compost tea to bounce their Nitrogen a bit, you will see results the next day if this is the issue.. if it works then you know they're ready for their typical feeding.

I use a time release dry amendment to top dress with every 4 weeks or so (I wait for them to show me they're hungry). I use a compost tea 3 to 4 times a month in between regular PH waterings.

As far as bugs go... its absolutely crucial to identify them. Neem oil has always been my go to for ANYTHING. If i have a bad infestation i will apply every other day for first week and then once a week for entire life cycle of the plant until wk4 of flwr.. maintaining a good regimen of neem has prevented me ALL bug issues!

I did let the dirt get dry i didnt water for 6 days then gave 5.5 ph water then didnt feed or water till 5 days also its been cloudy and raining on off for last 2 weeks so havent gotten much direct sunlight also with the neem oil mix it with dawn dish soap and water ? The bottle says to give 1/2-2tlbs of neem oil and then severval drops of mild dish soap into a quart of warm water

I use this..

I have never used anything that specifies dish soap... although I do know that trick from other gardening. Ive just never applied that to this particular kind of crop, lol. I dont know for sure but would advise against it.
Go to home depot and pick this up and giv'em hell!!

Its a tricky thing... to dry can kill important microbial colony in your soil.... I do the simple "pot lift" technique to get a quick feel for when its light and then come behind with one of these to be sure:

It also does soil PH.. they're cheap and I have 3 of them! lol.. (Im to cheap for the BlueLab pens, lol). If I have to adjust soil PH, I will flush up or down and check the FIRST bit of runoff with my PH meter, I also have 3 of those that I calibrate with solution once a month.... yea ive had my arse kicked by soil PH issues and learned the hard way! lol.. im still scarred from those battles. lol.
Yes, rain water can screw things up if your not growing in the ground where theres the microbial/fungal/bacterial ecosystem in place that buffers that PH. Pull her under the cover and hand water your girl with what she needs, shell love you for it.
