Newbie Soil Questions

Hey y’all! Gotten lots of great info from ya so thanks so much!! This is my first “real” grow and it’s going great.
I’ve got a couple questions about soil though.

I have a seedling that’s 8 days old and doing really well in some miracle grow seed starting mix. It’s gonna be time to pot up from its little cup soon, it’s fillin with roots. Y’all on here have told me to wait a little bit before potting up, but I’m worried it’s running out of space and maybe a little stretchy.
I want to plant it a little deeper so should I wait until I transplant or just add some seedling mix (or FFOF) to the cup it’s already in?

I got some perlite and a 12qt bag of FFOF and a 3 gal felt pot. I was thinking of maybe getting some FFHF and mixing them together, heard great reviews about doing this. Would that be better than the FFOF by itself?
I would order it on amazon so it can be here quick AF.

I have found if you are using straight FFOF, and you veg for 60 days or less, you can make it nicely through entire grow with what you started with but do what Chunky Stool said, add perlite, at least 25% to the FFOF mix, but instead of adding the Seabat Guano as an amendment, every other watering from the flip, make a tea using 1 tsp of Seabat Guano per gallon of water, and let the tea sit loosely covered in bucket in a cool shady place, mixing it once a day. Then water your plants with that tea. And you will end up with super happy plants that will produce big sticky buds every time! And as a side note... if I get bags of FFOF from my local rep for free, happy me, that is what I usually do, and when I make my tea, I make at least 5 gallons at a time, and the tea is made with 5 tsp Seabat Guano, and 1 cup of FFOF mix, and I let it sit out for a week, seriously, the longer you let sit out, the better, (but remember give it a quick mix daily), and before I feed my plants with the tea, I strain it with a spaghetti colander, and only feed the liquid to my plants.
