Nice. I've had it happen with Jack The Ripper one time. I was able to separate them and grow two plants.
Im sure that it was only one seed. How do I separate them?
What I did was, with the soil damp, just dig underneath the two and gently raise up , and they simply separated .
I will give that a shot. This was Gigabud, BTW. Would it be harmful to leave it as it is?
So would they be genetically identical... the same as clones? Or can you have "fraternal" rather than "identical" seed twins?
I had the same thing happen with an avocado seed this summer. Got two separate plants from it.Twins. It happens. I was able to separate mine and grow two plants.
I had two quite discernibly different plants from one seed, was this last summer but lost both to gnats. So would they be genetically identical... the same as clones? Or can you have "fraternal" rather than "identical" seed twins?
