Outdoor seedling issue

planted in promix and 25% worm castings and 20% sea compost. They were doing great until 2 days straight of thunderstorms.
Picture is 28 days from seed.
Weird discolouration on new growth.

Temps during the day have been 15 Celsius with rain past few days. But usually in mid 20’s. Been 6 or 7 at night. I’ve been spraying with neem as well.

6-7 is quite low tbh, especially for not so well established plants. i would suggest to bring them in overnight, if they are not in the ground of course, and if you can do that.
