I did this to my first ladies more than once. I assume there are holes in the bottom so excess water can drain out? If so, they will perk up in a day or so. You could roll up some paper towel and stick it in soil to wick some away, but it will be fine either way.
Remember it is better to be on the dry side than on the wet side. They aren't tomatoes, lol
I tried all sorts of tricks and bought a soil probe to figure out when to water. What I discovered was the best method is the weight of the pot.

Sometimes my ladies will follow a certain watering schedule for quite a while, then boom, it may need water sooner or not need water for an extra day.
Good luck.

I'm a straight soil grower so our set ups are a bit different. Also not at all familiar with nutes you use.
I would let them get fairly dry.
But do some reading on this site. I'm sure many are using a similar medium as yours.
Bottom line: take some time to learn how to read your plant. Not obsess, read.
These plants are way tougher than you think.
All the fancy gadgets In the world won't help if you can't read your plant. I have lots to learn yet myself.
Learn how to grow it. Then improve.
Good Luck
