Plant older leaves curling and wilting

Guys!! It's my first time trying to grow, so please do not judge me.
My outdoor plant germinated 7 weeks ago, it is from a random seed that was gifted to me, so I don't know if it's auto. I usually water it every 2 or 3 days, depending on the soil, and I use a glass of NPK nutrients once a week. I have never misured soil Ph, I give her 16 hours of mixed lighting outdoor and indoor, depending on weather and sun timing, the outside temperature goes from 25°C on day time to 12-13 on night time, while humidity is always between 40 and 70%.
The plant is already developing calyx at the nodes, so it might be on pre-flower. I wanted to change light cycle to 12-12 soon, so I will not need indoor lighting anymore.
While the new born leaves are going pretty nice, the older ones appear curled down and "papery". I sprayed a minimum copper some days because the very first small couple of leaves (not the cotyledons) died with some yellow dots over them.
What do you think??

I tried the homemade test with baking soda and white vinegar, and it gets a little bubbly with vinegar, just a little tho so seems like 6.5-7

I would expect to see leaf twist if it was pH, could still be though. Guessing overwatering or just watered from the pictures, pics don't look too bad. That or underfeeding.

How's the drainage, how much and what food?

Thank you for your answer. I usually give her water until I see water coming out from the saucer, so a couple of glass every 2-3 days, the saucer dries everytime in maximum 1 hour.
I use an NPK fertilizer 7.8-3.5-7.4, 10 ml mixed with 1.5L of water, one glass every week. I tried once coffee ground over the soil.
The new leaves from the top and the nodes seem going well, they look a little darker than the older ones.

A friend of mine told me that it can be overfeeding too. What do you think?

Maybe, I think that feed is strong, but I feed every watering and there are many ways to do things.. For reference in early veg I feed essentially a 2-2-3 at about 5mL per 1.5L every feeding. I am doubtful your feed strength would be so strong as to hurt them.

Water schedule sounds fine, coffee grounds are used to acidify aren't they? Not sure but I know they are used to change flowers colour maybe by making it acidic. Try checking your soil ph.

I think I will try to stop nutrients for 10 days, then I will try with flowering nutrients, I have shifted the life cycle to 12-12 to force-flowering... And I will see how it goes.
Regarding the ph, I can't check it right now besides using the homemade tests, but I'm wondering if there is something that can help me to stabilize it in the right range. Do you know some way?
