If you are trying to say the fish who love in the mother's water, excuse the mere, idle pleasure of shedding skin cell pollutants and breathing out raw stink underwater, I don't think the Goddess will agree .... whatever...not funny. They can't all be, I guess.

Scuba and yes I prefer Caribbean side but the diving in Bocas Del Toro is not nearly as good as in the Honduras Bay Islands or Cozumel.
Actually the best diving in Central America is probably Isla Coiba on the Pacific side of Panama. Lots of sharks and dolphins, some rays, occasionally a manta or two and if you're lucky, a whale shark. Intermediate skill level, and cold enough to require a full body 5 millimeter wetsuit. It's expensive though.

If you drink too much water your stomach eventually fills, or is already full. The water, having nowhere to go begins to fill the esophagus. It can then pass into your bronchi and into your lungs and you essentially drown.
Its why regardless of how thirsty you are on MDMA, dont go TOO hard on the water.
