Possible Deficiency?

Small brown/black spots on the leaf. Not bugs

I know it’s a deficiency I just dk what it is

Listen to Ren, but I would double check for bugs. I see little white specs that might be poop, and what is that brown thing on that leaf?

The brown is just a bit of dirt that got on the leaf, but the spots haven't gotten worse but now there is almost like a rust looking a new leaf. I'm really only having problems with the leaves that came on the clone. The new growth is doing pretty good, nice and green no deficiencies.
