Posting videos on RIU ???

I have an CASIO EXILIM digital camera with YOU TUBE capture mode. I can take great videos. Everytime I try to upload them from the camera onto my computer it says its not compatible or whatever. WTF can I do to upload my videos and use my movie maker?? This really sucks that I cant or dont know how to do this correctly. I bought the stupid camera to not just upload pics but also videos and it wont let me even when using YOU TUBE CAPTURE MODE. please help if you can.

What editing software are you using... What file type is the camera saving as... Flv? H264? These are both YouTube-compatible formats. And if you ARE using Movie Maker it is notorious for being picky with codecs. Although it's a wide container you're best off doing a batch conversion to some sort of AVI, it should be compatible with most suites. But why not ask on a forum for owners of your camera or software? Google? WikiAnswers?
