Too much water and nitrogen now....go easy. Don't be surprised to see the old leaves start to have nute burn issues in the next few days. Just worry about the leaves that are coming

Okay cheers mate so should I just keep feeding what I’m feeding but give them bit less water? I’m giving them about a litre with 1ml of bio grow in it aswell the soil also has nutrients in it but was running low

Just water them, when they need water, and feed them when they need to be fed. Many people find that feeding once per week, or once every 2 waterings, is a decent interval to prevent over or under feeding.
