Saltwater Reef Aquariums have led many of us to the Cannabis growing hobby and visa versa.

This thread is a place to post pictures of your reef aquariums, talk about similarities between the two hobbies.
Link cool new features of Reef LED products, that would have applications for us growers, or other aquarium products that could be adapted to grow rooms.

here is a tank build that i did , approx 1100g with (4) 1000w metal halide alternating 10k & 20,000K lamps with a 2 hp chiller. those were the old days before led was the jam.

How much and what kind of light do you need to grow ?

No option of having tank and no grow? I am in process still of getting my grow on.

I HAD a salt tank many years back. Months ago I was gifted one with 2 clown, blue tang, tins and an indofire lobster. All corals died at it's prior home and had grass growing fierce. Since my ownership, I have added, caught wild, Cling fish(pac man frog like fish), a couple lawn mower blennies and some invasive specie "Asian tiger" shrimps..

The tank didn't come with a sump, filter, jet, etc. I had to buy them. I forgot how expensive the hobby was.

Still fighting the red/green grass.
