Reverse Engineering everyone's nutrients

So I have a question. I took @MisterBlah original dyna-gro grow recipe because I work for a cloning facility so it would seem easier to make a large batch than to continue to buy cns17 constantly. Anyway so I converted the numbers and found the price per x weight when I finally got it all added up it would have been a minimum of $177 for 3 liters. Not including I couldn't find CAN17 and settled for calcium nitrate. And 3 liters of grow from Dina-grow would be around $50 what did I do that made my concept so wrong or is it required that a lot be purchased to make it affordable. Also where can i find things like chelated boron. I'm trying to work easy and reduce the overall expenses of the company I work for and am hoping I can use this as a first step.

Chelated boron is as close as your supermarket; 20 Mule Team Borax
could you please take a list at the items i compiled from amazon. Will that be everything needed? Trying to place just 1 order. Thank you. It was in two posts after i noticed the followup.

Donald, if I may ask, where do you live? I will point you in the direction of an agricultural fertilizer supplier. There should be a CPS close by. Only then will you save money. Buying 2lbs at a time and paying for shipping is not going to save money. You will need to find a local ag supply and buy 50 lbs at a time.

Something like that. He's gonna learn 5 times as much going through the process himself as he would if I just rattled off the answer.

I'm an asshole like that because I know it's good for him. And because I come from a long line of teachers, lmao

I am in no way trying to be rude sir. But this entire thread is simply you and others just rambling off bits and piece of information.

So by this logic (learn myself) what is the point of this thread? So we all have to kill years of plants to learn the same thing everyone else has learned? Cmon man.... I came here seeking help and a clear cut method to re-create an nutes or close enough. Instead i am met with backlash and ignoring my simple posts. Even after "doing my homework" for nearly a month online. I have to get nutes tomorrow bro. I could really do without the bs and people wasting my time and hurting my plants.

Are these the correct nutes? They seem correct. Do i need to order anything else i do not want to make multiple orders.

this is what i have in my notes

"

Veg feed;
Three grams per gal calcium nitrate. Mix that separately from the rest. Two grams per gallon of Jacks mix. Add 1-1.5g/gal of Epsom salt. PH between 5.5-6.0. EC 1.1-1.4

Bloom feed;
.5g/gal mkp
2g/gal calcium nitrate
2g/gal Jacks mix
1-1.5g/gal epsom salt
PH between 5.8-6.5.
EC 1.2-1.5
"

If you can find it within yourself to simply input text and teach me so i can follow simple directions that would be nice. After all we all love this plant and it would be a damn shame to kill 48 iced grapefruit beauties. Or have them underyield.

Thank you again for the help. And to the man above. I am located in Central WA state,

i live in central wa buddy. Question. How am i not saving money ordering online? Amazon prime is shipping 2 pound bags? Please correct me if im wrong. But the above recipe i posted at max is 2g/gal of said fert. so 25 gallons only need 50 grams. about 2 oz..... Doesnt seem like much to me compared to the AN nutes? JEsus christ so fking expensive.

Anyway you are right i guess bigger is better w.o. shipping. if you find something close with the above ferts i listed on amazon lmk! :) assuming they are the right ones :)

I believe in keeping things simple. I buy gh maxibloom,use it threw the whole grow. the only additives I use are calmag,and sonic bloom at 1/2 strength. You can reverse engineer a pig if you want,keeping it simple really does pay in the long run. for about $15-$20 in nutes to grow 1.5 lbs. it not worth my time or effort. most crap on the market is a waste of money anyhow.
what levels are you running you CAmag at/gal? thanks

1/2 teaspoon/gal .
may sound like a dumb question. just using liquid camag? is the calmag plus okay from amazon? its cheap and big gallon of the stuff. just didnt know if the "plus" would be a problem with the other nutes. I read in one of the reviews that using maxibloom you dont need too much more so im worried the plus micros may cause added burn like the review said?

Thanks.

p.s. the burn was not from calmag plus. The guy was just using maxibloom and something else and adding micros. but said he didnt need to add micros or getting burn. Thanks.

read the label,plus should be listed.I use g.h.for now. Not for long though. Scotts/monsanto is evil incarnate. not all cal mag is the same. best is to adjust ppm to between 160-200 with the calmag. not even needed if your running tap or well water in most cases.
