Should I buy a vaporizer?

I bought an Arizer Extreme Q a few years ago, but I didn't like it. It didn't seem to produce enough vapor and burned through the weed pretty quick.

Perhaps a vape pro has some tips on what I might have been doing wrong?

I thought I'd post an update since it's been a while.

Since I last posted I got an Airizer Solo 2. It works decent and the battery lasts a long time. I feel like you need to wait a bit after it says it is heated so the glass heats through. The first hit is ALL terps, no cloud. After the first hit the clouds come.

I got a Mighty for my in-laws for Christmas. They LOVE it and will not go back to the spoon pipe they were using.

My wife and I still use our AirVape X, but it is not our first choice.

Our favorite is still the Pax 3. It's small, and works well. My wife has claimed it as her vaporizer. :) Which is okay with me since the Airizer Solo 2 is a solid second choice.

I had an update too. I started this thread after I got sick with corona. I got it before they were testing for it. But for about 6 months I had a side effect where any smoke tasted and smelled like horrid decomposing ass.
My mighty saved me. I couldn't even get a whiff of chimney, cigarette, weed, campfire. But the vape tasted fine.
It slowly faded away now I smoke mad backwoods. And I still use the mighty for breaks at work. I still love it. Anyways just glad life is getting back to normal it has been crazy. :peace:

If you haven't already, do a search on "elbow loading" the Q. It's a game changer.

I've been satisfied with my Xmax Starry3.0 and Boundless CFX.

I get more use from the Arizer Air 1 and the Dynavap, but that is due to current activities and circumstances. At other points, both the Starry and CFX will have more utility.

i just ordered a Da Buddha from elev8 glass, my friend has one of the silver surfer units and i liked it enough to try out the slightly smaller, a little cheaper da buddha...once it actually arrives and i get it going i'll post how i like it, but i smoke enough to where it starts to give me a sore throat once in a while, got to do something different

I'm the opposite of you guys. I tried the Volcano, not once, but again a few years later and had to sell it once more. My throat gets too dry and starts hurting a lot when I vape. Had to go back to joints because I hate edibles.

Nice. Da Buddha isn't really smaller, just a slightly different shape. It's the one below the Silver Surfer, but it's all good. They work awesome when you figure them out. I have 3 SSV's now, lol.

I don't use any hoses though. I just use the wand and vape. I put a little weed in a wand and use the vape like a lighter. I turn the wand as I inhale a little. Then between hits, I hit the wand to my hand and back over. This helps mix it up, so it all vapes evenly.

If you're desperate or board you can make edibles out of the ABV bud. I took this pic the other day for someone one here just for fun. This shit could make someone desperate really happy, lol.

i got my Da Buddha....i like it. i'm still getting it tuned it, but it's getting me high, it tastes good, it uses about half the weed my bong does, and my throat doesn't hurt.
I leave mine on all the time. My SSV has been running like 10 years nonstop now. Then it's ready whenever I am. Once you figure it out, they kick ass. Way better on the lungs. And tastes way better too.

I have the pax 3 which is a portable vape for flower or concentrate. It’s pretty good and has good battery life. For a standup vape at home, I had the arizer extreme Q and that was a very good vaporizer, on par with the volcano but much cheaper (around 160$ usd). I actually prefer the arizer extreme q.

I use a Utillian 722.
Wife and I love it.
4 heat settings and great flavor. Easy to clean too.

I'd love to try the crafty or crafty plus. But they are pricey!!!!! But any reviews I have seen said its worth it. Stors&Bickle is supposed to be top shelf.

Flowtrail I've got a mighty and for a portable it's first rate. I think that the crafty is just a mighty with less battery life.

i just got my 722 a couple of days ago, it is awesome...i love this thing, SO MUCH BETTER than the cheap shit units...i would suggest it for anyone\
my only complaint is battery life, carry a charger....i have a big Anker battery i use to charge all my shit on the go, and i just plug the 722 in it when i get done using it, then i know it'll be ready to use the next time. it's good for about 3 good sessions or 4 quick ones, then it needs charged

Thats my only complaint too.
Battery life could be improved.
We usually get 3 or 4 sessions before needing to recharge.

But either way. Its a hell of a vape for 150 bucks! Did lots of research before getting it.
