As some one that has dealt with the system for quite a while i'd like to tell you................................you are so wrong.Your info is from one side of the fence,and we all know the game is played on the other side.

"IF" all that shit was actually put into play there would be alot less people locked over dumb ass shit.But it gets skipped for the majority so state prosecuters and judges can get their convictions.

basically, in a nutshell.. any time you EVER get arrested.. and it doesn't matter what state your in when you get arrested.. NO MATTER WHAT!! The arresting officer HAS TO READ YOU you rights.. period, end of case.

In other words, if you can prove that the officer didn't read you your rights... they have no case, they'll have to dismiss the case and drop any/all charges against the arrested person or persons, period.

tell your lawyer that they/he/she didn't read you your rights.. and trust me, you'll hear nothing but good news from then on.

That only applies to interrogation. If they do not interrogate you post-arrest they do not need to read you these rights. They also don't need to read you these rights if they interrogate you before they arrest you. Only if you are arrested, NOT read your rights, and then interrogated does this apply.
