This problem showed up a few weeks ago. It's annoying, since some of the navigation is gone...
From the home page, the top of the layout is fine,
But on the interior pages, the top section is broken and -- for instance -- the bar that shows the navigable hierarchy of my location (i.e. Forums/Outdoor/Etc.) does not show up.
I'm using Firefox 39.0 on a Mac running 10.7.5
