yea i know i was just playin lol.

Wouldn't the yield have to be reduced by at least 5/12 (minimum), as you're cutting out 5 hours of light? That's almost 50%, I'm predicting more than that. Will be interesting.

It will be intresting because by my math a 8 week strain would take 56 Days

But doing 7/12 you can turn that 56 days to 44.33 Days so you pretty much cut a 8 week strain down to 6.33 weeks if 7/12 makes the strain finish faster.

im so so stoned.....i wish i could stay off the volcano long enough to work out if this all makes sense...........but i cant.............

SSB I commend your efforts in experimenting. That is the beauty of this plant! You can play with it! It's a hobby that you can grow with yourself. This is not all about yield!!! You never know what you will learn in a grow like this. You could stumble across something you've been doing a poor job of or try to apply nute's in a different combo... etc..... etc.....

I don't care how you grow.... as long your GROWING! We can Overgrow The Government! OTG! OTG! OTG!

Good for you! Me too. This is why I own an RV Park. I never leave home! And my customer are to damn dumb and old to even know it!

Nop he means 7/12 he's not giving them more dark time.

So he's trying to convince the plants that days are 17 hours long, not 24... this will be very interesting, as they have been growing on 24-hour days for millions of years... I'm eagerly awaiting the final results!

Depending on the timer he use there are some that go by 30 mins, 1 hour or 2 hour times. He could also be using a digital timer to.

yea but theres only 24 hrs in a day i dont understand how u would set it..must be me bein thick as fuck...lol

Its digital guys and I can do Sun - Sun if you know what I mean. It fucked with my head at first too.lol
